Had a wonderful waitress named Emily. Great conversation and service
Great food, service ok and prices affordable!
Stopped in Chilis for dinner with a party of 9 on March 10th. Our waitress Chris went above and beyond for us. She got everyone's order correct, even the extra accommodations we requested. It was a pleasure to have her and we hope that we'll see her next time we stop in! Chris even gave out hugs at the end of our visit. Very sweet woman. Thank you.
Management is horrible here and there are thieves. Told me I was refunded for being charged for someone else's bill and never got the refund back on my gift card. Will never go here again. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off!
I don’t eat out very often, and now I see why. I love Chillis and have been a customer for atleast 30+ years. I hadn’t been back since the fake-demic. I instantly noticed that Chillis had joined the squeeze the customer game. All of the food is now smaller proportions. Burgers are smaller, appetizers are smaller. But the prices have drastically increased. Had the proportions stayed the same, I may have overlooked the prices a little, but since it’s a double whammy, I can’t turn a blind eye. Sadly I won’t be eating at Chillis any longer. If they end up joining the going out of business club, I can totally see why. The staff is great, love the hospitality, but corporate has stuck their greedy hands into the mix. It’s not worth the money at $51. Per person. That’s a burger, chip's Salsa and guacamole, and 1 beer.
