Food was good, just a few small things that were just a little off

Chili's has THE BEST chips and salsa in my opinion. The service was fast and our waitress/bartender was amazing! The food was so delicious and absolutely perfect! I recommend the baby back ribs and street corn. The kids love the chicken tenders. Kid-friendliness: Great options on the kids menu and fun things to keep them occupied!

Unfortunately, our experience at Chili’s was not the most pleasant, starting with the host, who is very moody, unfriendly, and looks very unhappy. The server refused to believe that our appetizer was dry, overcooked, improvised, set, and waiting to be taken out for a long time. After that, we waited for an hour and 30 minutes for me to simply come out, and both of our meals were extremely salty. We were sitting quite close to the hostess, who immediately after she heard us complaining about the waiting on the food and the poor service, got up immediately and went to the kitchen, and a minute later, our server came out with our food as if they, the hostess and server, had planned for this to happen. At the end of our meal, we mentioned to our server that we waited a long time, and as a result, my friend was going to be late for her next commitment, and what you had to say was that our order got lost in the kitchen and that she forgot to check on it. What a horrible way to have a Sunday meal with a friend.
