Ordered to go,food cold,drinks wrong

Ya he ido varias veces y en todas me atienden super rápido!! La comida muy buena y el servicio excelente!!

We use to eat at Chili's at least two times a week up until like 2 years ago. We ordered March 29th an order almost $200 to go and everything was great! Everything was cooked to perfection we didn't have one complaint !So we decided to order to 2night (April 12th) w/an order almost $90 . What a HUGE disappointment n a total waste of money! The person who cooked our meals on the 29th March could not have been the person who cooked our meals tonight. Tonight 3 of the burgers were WELL DONE ,smashed down, Super dry almost burnt on the outside. You offer pink, no pink n well done. We ordered no pink bc usually they're still juicy and nobody burns them on the outside and pushes them down so there's no flavor or juice in them. Fries were so mushy. I know we got them to go but the fries seemed that they weren't cooked to begin with or they wouldn't have got soggy that quick. The chicken sandwich and the enchilada soup were good so we r not picking at everything. I just really thought Chili's was going to be our place to order food from again n be happy w/ the food.We have been eating at Chili's for years. I know the price of everything has gone up. which I understand that because of inflation but when you waste hard-earned money on food that nobody wants to eat, that is a shame. I'm adding pictures. Our first time at a Chili's, and we were on vacation. We had a great meal and the staff was excellent and very welcoming! We had a group of 9, and they accommodated us quickly.

The service was good. The salmon with broccoli dish was not tasty at all. Parking: Handicap spaces available in front of the restaurant.
