Didn't like that they seated us in the bar area and when I said we really didn't want to sit here, the hostess turned and walked away. My mom didn't want to cause a scene, so we stayed there. TVS were turned up very loud

My family liked the food, but to me the food was ok.

I just went to the Chilis in Pace for the last time today. I have been getting Chips and Queso and Salsa for years at different Chilis all over America. Sometimes they would give me one Queso and 2 salsa's, sometimes just one of each. The economy has gotten so bad that Pace Chili's doesn't give Queso with your Chips and Salsa order anymore. It's not on even on the order menu. The curly head guy at the to go desk has no personality, mumbles on the phone and in person and makes no mention of the fact that they have cut back on the amount of food you will be getting in your order from now on. I haven't gotten this since last year and I was in Pensacola and this was not the case there. I will have to try a non national chain to see if I can find what I have always loved for a great dinner snack.

Service is great and caring although I do have a few complaints. I was brought coffee that was luke warm and asked for it to be popped in the mic which is not a issue bc it was fixed. But the food was terrible. I got chicken tenders, street corn, and rice. The tenders were good but the rice came out still cold and hard and the street corn was cold. Not only was my food cold, but it was cold inside as well.

Elmer was a fantastic server. Hard working staff and great food! Kid-friendliness: Elmer was great with my kid.
