MCO is truly a hellscape and Chilis Too was my solace, my oasis. The workers are going through it and making the best they can. Worth going on a long layover. It’s significantly less crowded than the main floor. Andrew the bartender is 10/10

If you have time to wait for over an hour for them to scoop queso up for a to go order then go. If you don’t, avoid at all costs.

The app and prepay was our only option for ordering food. Completely discontinuing traditional ordering in person seems extreme and so impersonal! The app was not user friendly at best and utterly dysfunctional at worst. Our meals came with Cole slaw and fries on the app but when our food came without it, we enquired and were informed by the waiter that they don’t come with it even though the app says it does. We were just out of luck. The bathrooms were filthy and the service extremely slow.

The worst experience on this Chilis restaurant , avoid by any means. Go somewhere else. Service is horrible , food is even worst

Worst experience ever. Only one guy to be host/bartender/waiter/cleaner. Horrible experience. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my food. Everyone was complaining about the wait too and when I asked the guy to check on my food, he answers “it’s a restaurant. The food takes 20 to 30 minutes”. And it took 45 minutes to get a sandwich!! Never again!!

Rude. Unhelpful. Dirty, empty restaurant .

Avoid at all costs. No service, no care, no concern. What appeared like Management walked by numerous times while we were there, never asked about our experience, never took note that no one appeared to be dining. 3 customers left without their orders, our food was terrible, and the customer next to us got two orders, albeit in 1/2 the time we did, but they only wanted one order.

I’ve always been a fan of Chilli’s, and this one did not let me down. Extremely clean, fast service, great staff, and enough TVs to keep you entertained while you wait on your flight. Food was on point. My burger couldn’t have been better and they got right the first time, because I like to add a lot of extras. Even had a lil shot and a beer while I watched the football game in between flights. Every time I come to the airport in Orlando I make sure to stop by and get a burger and a drink. I’ll be back soon for my same order. Keep up the good work.
