Chili's Grill & Bar

I unfortunately can't review the food, only service. I'll start by saying I hardly review businesses, but I've never had this happen. My partner and I walked in around 7pm and put our name in for 2, they said it would be a 30 minute wait which it was about 35 minutes, totally fine. We sat down and had looked at the menu to pick out our order. We waited for around 30 minutes with 4-5 workers that passed us multiple times, no one once stopped to great us or take any type of order. I've worked in the service industry and I understand being busy, but if anyone could have at least taken our drink order and maybe appetizer we could have gotten started. We decided to leave since we had no server. We checked in with the hostess up front on our way out and she did not apologize or offer to have anyone come help us, just said that she would "let them know." I understand that it is Chilis and not an upscale restaurant but there should still be service for customers that want to be there. If I could rate a 0 I would.

Ate at the bar. Service and food was good.

Poor service. The server took our drink order and said they have drink runners and someone else would be bringing us our drinks? She wound up bringing them out herself after we waited about 15 minutes. The appetizer we put in with the drinks took a while too without any appetizer plates offered..The food was brought to us by someone other than our server. I asked for the side of ranch that I had asked for when I placed my order but was never brought out. We hadn't seen our server since she took our food order after the drinks were dropped off. We needed more drinks before the dinners. I had to go to the bar to order them. She came to check on us when we were already half way done with our food. Going out to eat isn't cheap. It just doesn't feel worth it to go out to eat anymore. I've experienced this at other chain restaurants as well.

If you’re ordering chili or soup, they will forget it 95% of the time for whatever anomaly reasoning, I should have known to check the bag, usually I brush it off and go about my night , I don’t feel like driving back. But today, I really wanted that bowl of chili. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY IT HAPPENS, TO BE HONEST I THINK THEYVE ONLY PROPERLY PUT IT IN THE BAG TWICE OUT OF 20 TIMES. They’ve probably forgotten over $200 worth of items over the years, I just never care enough to drive all the way way back or call. Always check the bag. Never assume they get it right. One of those places

Wonderful dinner!!!

Terrible service at the bar even when just ordering a beer. Also, tasteless jokes made by servers directed at the customer are not funny.
