Chili's Grill & Bar

Awful! All the servers so far have been great, but the general manager, she was awful. My wife and I were very surprised when she got her order, the amount of the portion size compared with all other times was not the same at all. We were very respectful when we requested to talk to the manager, but she was busy and couldn’t speak with us about my wife’s order, but out of courtesy she gave permission to our waitress and made an exception and gave my wife some more, but then she showed up and asked if everything was okay, so we were respectful and asked her why the portion size was smaller than before, but she disagreed and said…no, it’s always been this way, but we disagreed and said that my wife has ordered this before and the amounts were almost double in size, but she was very adamant, annoyed and a bit hustle and disagreed, so I said…I guess we have to agree to disagree. So the manager just walked away and as she was walking away she said “I’m the general manager and I deserve respect” as she was walking away. So we were shocked at the manager’s attitude and behavior. We didn’t eat the foods we ordered and my wife walked out. I was very shocked and disappointed with the manager’s attitude and I just didn’t want to argue about it and said…ok, thank you. She did say if I wanted to take the food with us so it doesn’t go to waste. She was very intense and rude initially, and she stood her ground and disagreed with us, as if she was doing us a huge favour. We are paying for the food, we are not getting it for free and count our blessings and keep quiet?!!! Maybe she had a rough day, but when you are in customer service business you must listen and respond with gentleness and respect, not intense and rude. The manager’s customer service is very poor and highly unprofessional. So, we will not be going back there if we can help it. In reality, she couldn’t care less. Hopefully, you will have a better situation than we did.

CHILLI’s ON BROAD!!!!! Yoshani went above and beyond with the best hospitality ever! she exceeded our expectations, with her customer service and wonderful personality! plus all of our food came out correct and very quick!!! i will for sure be back! such an amazing atmosphere to enjoy dinner!!

Went to the Broad st location for lunch today, the best hamburger I have ever had. The fries was fresh hot and amazing! Service was great ! Will definitely go back next time we’re in Murfreesboro!!

Food here is great. Love this place as a all around menu.
