Chili's Grill & Bar

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Chili’s! It started with the staff, they were very friendly, prompt, and accommodating! My food came out pretty quickly, and was super fresh and delicious. Both the managers and the waitress checked on us and made sure that we had everything that we needed. I truly feel like they have instilled a culture of customer service.

We really enjoyed our meal, it was a relaxing environment, attentive friendly staff, great food selection that was delicious and our server Candace was wonderful! We thanked the manager Sam for a very satisfying experience, which these days can be hard to find. We live close by and will definitely be back.

Chili's is pretty much the same as any other Chili's. The difference would be the service. Our waitress was fast and attentive. Never had to ask for a refill. Food was good. Would definitely go back.

Sat at the bar & ate, food was delicious, service was excellent & it was my 1st time visiting this location in the mall. The restaurant was clean & attractive & It was an enjoyable experience.

Shayla was fantastic , she was the only server and the bartender WITH A FULL RESTAURANT. She didn’t miss a beat , order was perfect and even though we had questions she didn’t bat an eye ! She deserves a lot of recognition . The other staff was fantastic as well and they helped her out ! S/ o to Shayla , jessica , and the rest of the chilis team
