We were told it would take 30 minutes for a table and after 25 minutes the hostess told us it would be another 40 min because the kitchen was slammed no other people were waiting after us, and the parking lot was pretty empty
They gave our food to someone else , the cajun Alfredo was highly recommended by the staff. It's poorly seasoned, noodles way overcooked, and the shrimp was rubbery and unappetizing. The burger I ate was alright but took almost an hour to get . Got nachos with the guacamole add on for $1. They charged $13 for it. But happily fixed it. Overall though not a great experience , and definitely not worth the price.
Not sure what has happened to Chili’s. We were frequent diners in numerous locations with consistent food and service. I believe the Covid has taken a toll on their business that they haven’t been able to recover from. Wait staff appears to be stretched too thin and maybe kitchen staff as well. Hope they can make a comeback.
Server Ebony Harris was a horrible host she was very rude and not attentive to our table AT ALL! she checked on the tables in front and behind us never asked if we needed refills or how we were doing if we enjoyed or anything she walked passed us as if we weren’t there i’ve never had this experience with this restaurant before and i’m deeply disappointed!!
I eat at Schillingers Chilli often. The last two times that I went in the service was great, the food was great, but someone was yelling in the kitchen. I asked an employee who it was and she said the general manager. At that point I paid and left. Not sure if I will go back.
Ebony was a very good server.
