Chili's Grill & Bar

No waiter for over 15 minutes, so we got up n walked out...

If it was possible to leave a zero I would. Ordered dinner through this facility and I’m generally convinced they have brain dead monkey in the kitchen. Ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger and when my food got here all I had was an over cooked burger patty with a slice of Swiss cheese barely melted to it. This place actual garbage. Called the store and they just hit me with a oh no I’m so sorry about that.

Ordered a half rack of ribs and fries. The half rack was four ribs that were maybe 4 inches long. Basically no meat. And it had maybe 12-15 fries for $25 and it was cold. My middle daughter ordered pasta and it was extremely over cooked.

It’s a Chili’s and the late night staff were really friendly. Our server was super sweet to us and made sure we were taken care of. Nobody made us feel bad for coming in the last hour, which was super nice.

The food was very good service not so much our waitress didn't check on us once she brought the wrong food and then took forever bringing our change for the bill

Wait staff was friendly and helpful. The booths look a little worn but still comfortable. Will go back as I love their loaded baked potato soup.
