Chili's Grill & Bar

I came here with my son today for a birthday dinner we both ordered a burger and fries time we got seated which took like 5 minutes to seat us in a empty restaurant was the first red flag then we got seated got our drinks tea with no ice had to ask for a cup of ice then was rushed to put our order in and we didn’t even have a chance to look at the menu so we decided on burger and fries now keep in mind we was the only customers there for like 15 minutes before others started coming in someone please tell me with a empty Restaurant it took over 30 minutes just to get our burger with no fries we didn’t get our fries until we was already done eating or burger in a empty restaurant! The manager I guess that’s who she was had the nerve to ask us if we was good lady we didn’t get out food until over thirty minutes no fries until another 15 minutes never was asked if we needed a refill on our drinks had to ask for napkins because we wasn’t given any this place was so under staffed y’all ruined it for the customers the poor bar tender was trying to take care of all the customers were was his help at? $60 dollars down the toilet oh yea and the hamburgers were so greasy made my son get sick so with that being said y’all need to get your stuff together and know how to run a business and get more help in your restaurant and one last thing only having a few tables to have customers sit at is unacceptable when you have someone that is disabled that can’t get out of a booth and told sorry this whole section is closed we only have 5 tables open you better find a way to have a assessable table for somebody that is disabled that can’t sit at a booth! Not my problem y’all don’t have more people working all these signs should have made me leave! I will never return for bad service and nasty food go somewhere else and save your money!

Justin is the best bartender I’ve ever encountered. He knows our order, he’s always on top of it, he’s fun to be around, and he makes sure we get everything we need every time!

First time at this location. It was on the smaller side but nice. They messed up my order but fixed it quickly. I got the Texas cheese fries they're are ok, I don't think I would order them again. The service was excellent!

Went here around 7:00 for dinner me my husband and my 5 year old daughter I ordered a burger the burger was awful it was so dry and hard it was terrible I did let the waitress know he just looked and was like oh I'm sorry I was so tired from a long outing that day that I didn't even feel like going back and forth i just didn't eat it. It literally hurt trying to swallow that burger.My husband had the philly which wasn't all that. They need to get some good cooks so people can enjoy their dinner, and waitresses who know how to address an situation like this. Me personally ill never visit this location again

The best grilled corn ever. Steak and ribs.

Bartender was extremely slow at this location. We were almost done with our appetizers by the time we received our bar drinks.
