Worst experience I've ever had at a Chili's. Service slow, food under par. I asked to speak to the manager. She was very apologetic, especially after she saw the food that they sent out to us. She comped more than 50% of the meal. Most likely, will not return to this Chili's.

Tried to place an order at the To Go area. Was NEVER asked if I needed assistance. Had to ask for assistance 3 times with NO luck. Bartender looks at you stupid, but says NOTHING. The ppl in the back look up front, but say NOTHING. Had to walk out in call the East Bay location. Just SAD!!! This place use to have better Customer Service. Clear they need NEW employees IMMEDIATELY!!! Use to be my favorite place to eat. NOT ANYMORE!!! You guys suck

We love getting curbside here and going in when possible. Very crowded quick though, popular spot.

Server was AWESOME!!!! Pointed out a 2 for 6 deal on beer, saved me a little money!!! Food came out of the kitchen perfectly done, this was a great way to close out my day. Texas cheese fries were a wonderful way to start the meal as well, a full serving was perfect for 2 truck drivers.

Not a great experience today. The waiter was kind and checked on us a few times but the food was not good and it took quite a while to get it to the table 30ish minutes).The guacamole was terrible and I’m a huge fan of guac. It tasted like bland baby food. The burger was pretty greasy but not terrible and was served with the wrong side. The salmon was mediocre but the corn on the cob was good. Overall not a good experience and it cost 60.00 for guac and chips, two meals and one glass of Pinot.

I usually order takeout and get curbside to go meals. The Chili’s at Largo Mall has a great crew and they’re always polite and very fast getting the orders out! They get the order right and the food is always good.
