Overall a great experience but...(please read all)...When approached by the host we had already been waiting 10 min. Staff was very friendly and tentative but it seemed that maybe the restaurant was short on hands as the host was trying to clear tables and seat guests. By the time we had been seated (fam of 5) we had been waiting almost 40 min from the time we were told 15 - 20 min. (Add the 10 min waid to be addressed) My entry to the restaurant was less than desired or appropriate. However, once seated, our server Nick was most amazing. Very tentative and on top of all our needs, very friendly, and asking if we needed things we didn't even think about yet. By the time I was 1/3 of the way through our experience Nick turned my ground upside down. You may have to wait a bit longer than told but once seated I have never had a bad experience with food quality or service needs.

It's chili's, nothing special but not bad, chicken tendies we're pretty crunchy and tasty

I order delivery from here and they use a third party door dash I was unaware had I known I would have used my doordash app. Ordered tk hotel as I’m visiting and they had no way to contact driver and food was “delivered” however not at front desk or side door the site had my wrong number although I have updated it multiple times and the manager was unable to guide to driver or contact driver for verification of delivery. Unfortunately unable to call door dash as no one answers b food says delivered but isn’t here … I usually love 2/$25 but they don’t even offer that n my order never arrived although it says delivered. Won’t be ordering from chillis moving forward as this was a waste of time n money hopefully I get a refund as I didn’t receive food but will see … if your using a third party that should be noted in check out bc again had I known I would’ve ordered thru door dash vs the Chillis website (not like it had any perks)

Dont bother with curbside just go in and grab your food or youll sit for 20 min waiting with your food just sitting inside and youll have to go in anyway and your food will be ready just sitting there.
