Even though it's a franchise chain restaurant, I wasn't impressed at all with the establishment, the food, and especially the wait staff. The waitress took over 15 minutes to get our drink orders and made no suggestions regarding menu choices or specials for the day. When our food arrived, the wait staff had no idea who was receiving what dish, and there was no 2 minute check-back at all. After asking for a sauce for one of the dishes, the waitress promptly went over to another table to talk to them and then take pictures with the family she was talking to. It took several minutes to get the sauce we had asked for. The food was okay; nothing to write home about. The establishment was a little dirty as well. I had to swipe the disinfectant spray and some paper towels off the table the bus-boy was cleaning so I could wipe all the food and debris off the table and seats that I had been seated at. Customer service has definitely changed in the past 5 years from already bad to much worse. One more reason I don't go out to eat often. It's usually very disappointing. I've received a response from the owner directing me to a 404 website that isn't working. ???????

I had arrived about 5:40pm. I had a 10 to15 minutes wait. I waited 35 to 40 minutes while everyone was seated. I was alone and a senior citizen. I finally sat down at 7:20. It took 20min to get a glass of water. Then the waitress didn't get my order I had to get the cleanup person to get my waitress to order I did ask 3 more times for a napkin. When I did get a bowl of my favorite chili my request for more water fell on deaf ears. So I couldn't eat because I needed water to swallow. So I took a to go cup. I didn't get a receipt. I did walk out the restaurant about 7:55. 5:40 to 7:55 you do the math. I love chilis but I feel your staff needs urging to treat elderly customers better

We had a great meal again. Had the 3 for me, and i loved it. For that price forget fast food. A sit-down meal is so much better. Christy, our waitress was a doll. Fantastic service. Ser you again soon.
