TLDR: The food was perfectly fine, as per usual, however I was highly dissatisfied with the time it took to receive said food. I ordered a bowl of soup and a slice of cheesecake to go, I assume neither of which are made to order and are made ahead of time. It takes almost 30 minutes to receive my order. Upon going inside, it looked like there were only one or two tables inside so it seems it wasn’t that busy. I also noticed two workers near the kitchen standing and chatting — I understand it may not have been their job to prepare pick-ups, but you’d think that they could at least find someone who’s job it is to do so. When the food was ready, the person at the counter seemed to not know how to take a cash payment, so they had to get a manager (another 5 minutes of waiting). I understand that this person may be new, however taking payments should be one of the first things one learns. As a restaurant worker myself, I was surprised that this person needed a manager to help with this.
I went as a group of 4. Our server was Madalyn. She was polite and attentive. The food was great. We ordered the 3 For Me meals. Appetizers we got were chips & Dip Trio, house salad, and loaded baked potato soup. I recommend the skillet queso, queso, fresh salsa and guacamole. The guacamole was Fantastic! The soup was very flavorful with a great amount of cheese. The burgers were nothing short of delicious. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was good however the cheese overtook the chicken making it a bit chewy. We experienced something not so great. However the manager Lisa promptly responded, apologized and discounted our ticket. They have an amazing team. Definitely will visit again! Kid-friendliness: They have a meal option for kids.
If you ever need take out, Chili ️ would be the place. Food trash, hot and packed perfectly. All silverware and condiments were there. And the food was delicious. Parking: Great location with tons of parking in front of entrance.
The food was excelent; especially the 3 meats platter!! Plenty to take home...
