Chili's Grill & Bar

Me an my wife came in they seated us didn't even ask what we wanted to drink an waited 20 mins an never had a chance to place an order this was our first time coming to chili's here's one star for terrible service

I gave it one star cuz I couldn't leave a comment without one. We got there and left in 15-20 minutes. The host seated us and walked away we sat there 15 minutes still no waitress no drink order. Talked to host he went and talked to bartender, she was supposed to come when she was done making drinks, instead she walks in kitchen for five+ minutes.... Don't waste your time no waitresses

Went on a Saturday and a small wait. No biggie to us just used that time to look at a menu. I could tell they were short staffed. Got our table waitress was awesome. Food & drinks were wonderful!

Best loaded baked potato soup in Huntsville.

I didn't like the service. I waited 10 minutes to be seated after a couple had just been seated, and they weren't even busy and plenty of tables available. Red Robin is better!!!

It was okay customer service one of the employees no if ands or buts you have to go to the site to pick up your doordash order for somebody that has not been there before
