Crispers where cold and not cooked all the way ,fries where cold,and white queso was cold,and I stay literally 3 minutes from there,I was on time to get my food..it's best to go in and not do take out smh..

The bartender, Jessica Rose is so friendly, I don't feel like I am all alone when I go there.

My son loves chilis it’s his favorite place ! But it was such a disappointment when we went to this location and ask for staff to sing happy birthday and NOONE came out way to spoil his 10th birthday party @chilis staff on 03/06/2024 around 8:00pm it was even more of a bother seeing the staff literally sit in the kitchen and just watched us leave with no care in the world!!!! $102.00 spent in it was horrible definitely deserves 0 stars. Rec as proof we were there the manager needs better staff for sure .

I walked in at 1025 they close at 11 on a Sunday, I was going to get a side item and have a glass of wine while I waited, the Manager TREVOR was rude and disrespectful, he told me they had are done serving for the night, I walked out and sat in my car and watched through the window as they served other parties from another race, and felt its necessary to say he discriminated against me. He didn't even know or ask what I wanted he just said be was closing in 35min. I never heard of a place open til 11 and at 1025 tell you they can't help you. I'll pursue this further.

Wait for it. The manager was nicer than my server. My server was ghetto and unprofessional. Nonchalant to say the least. She needs more training. She started putting the order in and telling us what we gone get, because they all they have. Looking at the menu she asks,"like it is or what"? As stated, the manager was more friendlier and professional than she was. She does not make table rounds as much as she should. I stilled tipped her, even though she didn't deserve it. small tip though. If you're off the chain, my tips are usually larger. Any way, maybe I'll go back and ask for another area. But I do not want to sit in her area again.

Amaiya was a wonderful server, very attentive and nice, fast with getting drinks out and the food out. Very thankful for servers like her. Will be back soon
