I called in a pick-up order for a plate of Ancho salmon. They said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived exactly 18 minutes after I placed the call and it was ready. My meal was warm and delicious, the service was excellent. I would’ve ordered online, but T-Mobile data here is atrocious.
Ok food. Service was good.
We placed a to go order for a 4 piece crispers an hour before closing time on a Thursday. 45 minutes later, we got our order. We decided to stop at Chili’s instead of Bdubs because there was barely anyone in there so figured it would be 20 minutes tops. 25 minutes in, asked a server that was walking by to check on it and she came back that they were still working on it. When the original server/bartender that took the order came by, you could tell by her expression that she forgot to place the order. If not for the second server, who I think ended up putting the order in, I would have waited even longer. Not good! Honesty from the staff on the error would have been the way to go here. I gave 3 stars ONLY because the food was good. If your order seems to be taking too long here, ask right away. Otherwise, you may face the same.
Was sat and no one that worked there knew who was going to be serving us they all looked at each other clueless. After 20-25 minutes we finally got asked what we wanted to drink. Ordered chicken tenders that were super soggy and mushy, I also ordered the street corn as a side and there was a super thick layer almost an inch thick of the chili on top of it. My husband ordered the special sauce burger and there was absolutely no sauce on it at all. I ended up going home and getting food poisoning from the chicken. Beautiful way to start my 4 day!
The server, Christian, I understand today was his last day.. But, very respect, polite, and very helpful. Please reward in any way possible.
The cooking here has gotten really bad. I never had complaints before but I have to address the quality of the food and their cooking. First of all we ordered a fajita trio and the steak and chicken were very hard. I believe they used a low quality sirloin and frozen chicken. Fajita steaks are supposed to be skirt steaks. Skirt steaks are for the most part very soft and tender. We also ordered chips and queso. The queso dip looked and smelled horrible. It was a very liquid soup of anything but cheese and if they used cheese it probably is some cheap cheddar cheese. I asked the waiter as to what was the soup looking thing and he answered with a bit of an attitude as to queso. I asked him what was in it and he said beans and queso. For me it looked nasty, smelled nasty and tasted nasty. My son’s quesadilla had a low grade cheddar cheese tasting thing in it that became hard after a few minutes. Last time we go to this Chilis. Obviously they are are using cheap quality food and their cooking and servers are bad. Avoid this place is my recommendation.
Management is amazing, bartenders even more amazing. 20 out of 10 every time
Samantha was AMAZING. She greeted us as we came in and was very sociable and took care of our every need. Diana was an AWESOME bartender. We never waited for a drink and she was amazing to talk to. I cant say enough about Bill. He is now become a friend of mine. We had an in depth conversations and what captured my attention the most, was that he was always looking out for Samantha and Diana. Great place and a great time after a month of training in the field.
