Chili's Grill & Bar

Ok so I was writing this on their survey but conveniently the tablet glitched and wasn't able to complete it. There was a hair on the edge of my plate. I took a picture of it. They took it back saying they would make a replacement. When they brought it back out, I knew it was the exact same plate. The chicken was exactly the same as my picture. All they did was blast it, I'm sure. I didn't eat it. My bf did cause he felt bad. And he gave me whatever he had left of his meal. I know it wasn't any of the waiters fault's, so I'm sorry if I was rude. But seriously my bf shouldn't have felt bad to have eaten it, they should've ACTUALLY replaced the meal or just given the money back for that plate. Or given our dessert for free. I worked in fast food too so I get it anything to get the customer to shut up lol. But dude really, next time just actually replace the plate.

Food was a coagulated microwaved mess.

This places is over rated. Portions are very small, They don't have everything that is on the menu available. My ribs, they were very small and dry. They didn't have my mac and cheese. So they gave me corn instead my fries,they were very dry, hold and cold. The hamburger it was overcooked. Be careful with your receipt. Make sure they charge you for what you ordered. Me they charged us for dessert that we didn't even order, and when we complain they got angry and very rude. The place was cold and restrooms they weren't too clean. Dietary restrictions: They don't ask if you have allergies.

It's ok if you sit on the bar. I was here this weekend and got a table, service was slow and the waitress didn't ask if I needed a refill on my drink.

We went for Sunday dinner and we sat in the bar area because half of the restaurant was already blocked off/shut down. It was around 6 or 7 pm. Our server was a good listener and pretty attentive with drink refills. But how does Chili's handle overly loud customers having a conversation on their speakerphone that is irritating the surrounding customers who are there to enjoy dinner? A N N O Y I N G!

Little one and I enjoyed our meal. Not crowded. Good music. Fast service.

They're good and there's room for improvement. The Chilli's at Palestine, TX is a step ahead
