If I could give ZERO stars I would! Service is terrible the bartender Phylecia is terrible. Waited almost 30 minutes for an appetizer then turned around and waited an additional 15 minutes for the meal. I ordered the honey chipotle crispers with loaded mashed and broccoli, mashed tasted like they sat under the heat lamp until it was to be delivered! Then my wife order the fajita trio, steak was overcooked, burned and dried out, half a late of rice, chicken was rubbery!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE I WOULD NEVER EVER COME BACK! This was by far my worst experience and as an ex-server the manager needs to retrain her team IMMEDIATELY!

The half the restaurant was basically empty we were told the wait was 25 min. Ok, sure maybe they were short staffed. I go to the bar which also had empty seats on a Saturday night to try and order a drink and was told I had to get up by a rude host. The excuse was they had a large party and couldn’t serve anyone else. Like huh? Go back to wait outside and the host kept looking out the window, gestures us to come in and tells us he wanted to be sure it was us. (We were the only ones waiting) tells us to sit in the waiting area to continue waiting. The service here is ridiculous and I can’t believe we have been keeping this place open. We ended up leaving because I just saw the rest of the evening being ruined. When I asked for the managers name he said he didn’t know but said I think it’s Z and then asked another employee for her real name and told me he didn’t know a number for me to call

This Chili's has great food, service, and atmosphere. We will definitely return. The prices are right. Quantity and quality are both outstanding. Strongly recommend this restaurant.

Always a delight. I had the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo, and it was finger licking good.

To the people who actually care about hygiene and cleanliness…… the floors, under the table, the booths, the mugs, the silverware was filthy. My waitress had a great attitude but was just as greasy as the restaurant. What happened to washing your clothes prior to going to work? I ended up get a Togo box to not disappoint my date. The food looked great but unfortunately I threw my food in the trash when I got home. To all of the people who actually walk in, eat, and leave a great review I would hate to see your kitchen.

The food was great with the right temperature the right quantity. My phone was delivered on time while it was still hot. Thank you. Good job chilis from a loyal customer.
