2/7/24 lunch today everything was good and service was great. But I think the North Gate location is much better!
My experience is a little different. I applied for a job as a dishwasher. Even though I have 35 years experience and have been everything from a line cook to a Chef. I got an interview. The interview was good and was told to come to orientation the following Monday at 5pm. I sat there until 5:30 with no manager ever speaking to me. So I told the bartender that I was leaving. She asked if I could wait and see what she could find out. Then the manager sends a cook out to tell me it’s going to be another 30 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting. So I left. Today I spoke with the general manager. And she heard me out and got to the problem. So she asked if I could come in at 5pm today. Against better judgment I went. Again at 5:30 I left. My time may not be important to the management here. But it is to me. They were unprofessional at best. Except for the GM. If I did work there how could I ever take what the managers say as truth or for real. This is just ridiculous.
I ordered takeout and was early to pickup. Went inside and picked up our food. The takeout orders are now in clear plastic containers. The French fries were so cold you couldn't eat them. The corn on the cob was very old tasting. The chicken tenders were dried out. They have definitely lost my business!!
I wish I could take the Chili's waitstaff with me to every restaurant and customer service-oriented establishment I patronize.
