Chick’n Out

Placed an order and was told it would be 10 to 15 mins. Well, after 50 mins had gone bye I received soggy chicken and cold fries. I seriously waited 50 mins for that? Horrible!

A bit pricey IMO but Overall great flavors. The fishfry I had was very salty. It could have just been that one time but i'm willing to give it another try.

Best. Food. Ever. have been eating here since they were doing pop ups. Love that they have a real location now with the best staff too! Cannot beat this place. Best chicken in Rochester (or anywhere) and such a great environment. I’ve done take out, eat in, delivery… all great!

Best fried chicken I’ve ever had…and every time I order takeout the front-of-house workers are delightful. Polite and approachable!

My fav food in Rochester hands down!! Some of the best and friendliest staff around. They really care about every order they put out and you can taste that in the food!

I ordered a pickup order through the app, and came to restaurant in 35 minutes as was estimated by the app. I was told that order wasn’t ready and I should come back when I get a text message. That wasn’t a problem as the place was really busy. However, after waiting another 45 minutes, I still hadn’t received a text and most of the other cars left, so I went back in to get an update. I waited inside to talk to someone only to learn that my order had been ready for quite a while now. They could only offer to remake the food, but after already waiting for 1.5 hours I just could not wait more and left. The restaurant only does pickup now, so why is the service so poor?

BEWARE OF ONLINE DELIVERY ORDERS!!!!! We placed an order online for delivery. It was subsequently cancelled. Text message and email advised to call the store. The phone number "isn't monitored", the email we sent bounced back. We are out $45!

The staff tonight 03/30/24 was so rude! I could not believe it. They have some remodeling going on so they were only open for order and take out no dine in and while waiting for my order I watched how to staff interacted with the customers and oh my god I couldn’t believe it! The staff was so rude. Many people were complaining & staff did not respond well. Lots of complaints that the food was cold. The food is usually amazing, but because of the way I saw staff talk to paying customers I will not give this business anymore money. & guess what? My food was also cold what a waste of 60$! Parking: There’s no parking. Pay at meter.

Both times i’ve been the food has been cold. Once dine in and once take out. When brought to staffs attention they were defensive and unwilling to fix it until they actually picked up the chicken with their hands and felt it was cold! Unfortunate that the service sucks because the food is good. Won’t be back
