Waited a long time just for the food to be nasty and for the host to be a c*nt 0/10 do not recommend this place

I appreciate the gentlemen Andrew i belive is a mgr. He took care of our table. He was very nice to the family when we came in. Got us to a table quick and started our drinks and food on time even when it was busy.

I used to love this place. My last two experiences have been the worst. First off I ordered a drink and all you could taste is soap. They replaced it only to have the same gross taste in which the server said she tasted it first too. Her tastebuds must be way off. I always order 1lb snow crab. Didn’t get a pound received two claws. Not ok. The last time they tried to supplement it with king crab and thought I should be happy!! I do not like king crab! If I did I would’ve ordered it. The worst part of those two claws? I got food poisoning. Maybe it was drink or both! We called and couldn’t speak to anyone who took the matter seriously. Will I ever visit Chickie and Pete’s again? No! And anyone else should go buy their own crab, Tony Chachere’s and lemons and cook at home as I will from now on. The fact that one can’t speak to someone about it over phone is ridiculous. We waited an hour to be seated and our table chairs were still dirty as well.

The calamari tasted Burnt and was just gross worst calamari I've ever had in my life I would rather have dry chewy calamari than that. The sauce weird. Bar food ish....

Paid $12 for six (6) mozzarella sticks. Very average BBQ burger was $18 with a $4 upcharge to add fries, which look amd taste like Ore-Ida frozen fries with the lightest dusting of what might pass as a seasoning. Our cup of "Famous Red Sauce" was literally just a tomato chunk with maybe 20% by volume of what tasted like every store bought marinara sauce I've ever had. Service was hurried. Burger was about what youd expect for a "sports bar", but you can save yourself about $8 and just get the same thing at Chili's, and that burger will actually include fries. The crab served on top of the nachos was ice cold and obviously (at least, we hope.... for the love of all things holy, we hope) canned.... they charge $28 for chips, corn, and canned crab... that is all you need to know about this company. I am a reno local and totally understand the "Casino Surcharge", what I don't understand is the blatent nickel and diming for mediocre food... My advice; humble yourselves, Chickie and Pete's. I expect to pay separately for each food item when it is a freshly-prepared, hand crafted dish... you are a glorified Red Lobster with a superiority complex. Save yourself the time. If you're visiting the GSR, eat literally anywhere else for a better value.

Below average. It’s a decent sports bar, but the service on a slow evening was terrible at best. They were out of several items and everything is an upsell.

Nice place to have dinner, great food and it's with in walking distance from your hotels room

My wife and I waited for a host to come to the host stand for 10 minutes, before I had to go get the bar tender to find the hostess. Once we were finally seated we wait for an additional 15 minutes before the group seated after us was served. The manager Andrew, finally came when I got up to find someone. Andrew, the manager then took our order. We waited an additional 30 minutes, until the table that was seated after we ordered received their food. At this point we left. Some of the worst service I have ever received, and Andrew Lucero, the manager didn't seem to care!
