To preface, I did order takeout so this review is based on takeout. I used the mobile ordering option to take out my food. I ordered the fried chicken club. Took my food and left the restaurant. Went up to my room, opened the bag, just to realize they gave me the wrong sandwich. Went back to the restaurant, told the host it was wrong. She told me they’d get me the correct one. Got back to my room and opened the bag, just to see that the side of pickles they had originally given me they had taken away. Thought that was strange. Sandwich had barely any sauce on it so I’m glad I got mayo packets. The sandwich was $16 and for $16, I wasn’t expecting 2 stacked chicken tenders, or I’d at least expect some fries. Was the sandwich worth $16? Absolutely not. I’d recommend only going here if you need to as there are much better options for those kind of prices.
Went with my husband and parents for my birthday lunch. Food was so good, (lobster roll, fish and chips, Philly cheesesteak) atmosphere was relaxing and service was great!
2nd time here. Food is so good, had the warm lobster roll. It is not an East Coast roll, but very good. Service was typical for a restaurant in a Casino, pleasant and helpful. Wheelchair accessibility: They are accommodating to ADA.
Stayed at the Sahara Friday evening, got in late looking for a bite. Hubby and i both ordered the fish and chips, hubby wanted something extra. Was undecided on his second option, I was intrigued by the crabmeat and Mexican corn combo. He was taken a back by this combo, but ordered anyway. When I tell you they were delish, they were delish. I think he was blown away even more, as he ate that as his main course. That's not to take away anything from the superbly fried fish, and Cajun fries. The batter was light, not doughy . The fries were seasoned very well. An all around great meal. Wish I had taken pics. Will definitely try more of their menu on a future visit, as we have fallen in love with the Sahara.
Really disappointed with the calamari and the wings. Got the sharable wings and asked for 2 flavors and they said no. Told the waitress the wings were over cooked and all she said "okay"
Celiac approved! They have a dedicated fryer and extensive GF menu (almost all the same options as on their standard menu.) Our daughter even said she couldn’t believe she was out eating this stuff she normally can’t have/trust to be safe (chicken wings and ultimate crab fries.) Food was great, service was pretty speedy and atmosphere was fun and family friendly. Definitely recommend! Dietary restrictions: Great for celiacs! Kid-friendliness: No kids menu but still family friendly environment and options
Been here a few times always good food
