Chick-fil-A

On top of the food prices being doubled and you can’t use or earn points at this location the customer service is trash it’s only one girl that I’ve encountered at this location with manners and polite customer service shout out to her (wish I knew her name but I think she has locs morning shift) this morning I ordered a meal and asked for a sun joy she handed me a sweet tea instead I noticed immediately the color was not light enough and confirmed there was no lemonade added by tasting when I told the cashier she responded “this is half and half” in a sarcastic tone then rolled her eyes and said “I’ll just make you another one” then slammed the cup spilled my drink and handed me a leaking cup. People this is why fast food workers get beat up all the time cause what do I have to gain from lying about my order being correct if it was correct like it usually is she wouldn’t have had to remake it. Do better!

Burgers and chicken tastes good. Combo deals are a must. Friendly staff and quick service

First visit wasn't great. No Coca-Cola how is that possible? Ordered root beer only to find out they had no carbonation. Had to take those back. Why serve fountain drinks with no fizz to them. They forgot my sandwich had to tell them. Also my wife's chicken bowl was mostly egg and hash browns. Terrible for a Chik fil A to be run this way. Don't think it's right as a loyal CFA customer not to get your points.

Chicken biscuit….. how is the Chick fil A got hard biscuits….. worst chicken biscuit ever… $8.07 for a biscuit and a medium drink. Threw it in the trash!! Wasted $8

Although the food came out quick, the potatoes were old and very salty, really salty. The only fresh part of the meal was the lettuce, everything else seemed as if was sitting there for a while. The lemonade was overly sweet, I had to ask for extra ice to water it down. The cashier that took our order was very unfriendly and border line rude. They do not have a full menu (kids meal)

Service was zonder meer goed, snel en efficiënt. Ik vond alleen het eten niet lekker, het broodje was smaakloos zo ook de aardappelrondjes.

Food came out cold and sodas were flat. Service was fine

Lightning fast friendly service at union station. No kids meals though.

First time at CFA. Delicious food, friendly staff.
