Food always good, order is always right and the employees are fast, polite and caring. Great training Taco Bell employees should attend that training program. Parking: No problem Kid-friendliness: Kid welcome, great lids meal with options. Wheelchair accessibility: Large doors to enter and jg is booth or table
Felt like I was in a chuckEcheese
45 chemical ingredients in a Chick Fil A sandwich. So it's more a drug sandwich than a chicken sandwich.
Staff was disorganized and slow. The guy taking my order got distracted and had to restart 3 times. They forgot a sandwich. Fries were overcooked Took forever.
We just experienced racism at the Chick-fil-F at Westshore Mall today at 3PM. My son was waiting in line. The black cashier looked past him and asked the Hispanic couple behind him to come to her line and she'd wait on them. Everyone said, "He's next." She said, "Well, he can wait for the next person." My son spoke up and said, "Is it because I'm white." She kind of rolled her eyes. The manager heard what was going on and said, "Here, I'll wait on you." I was standing off to the side and hear the whole thing. I couldn't have been more proud of him for NOT losing his temper AND for speaking up for the unfair treatment. Perhaps more DEI training is needed for this employee or more signage is needed for segregated lines for service!
Super slow. Inaccurate order. No honey roasted BBQ sauce (at least you should warn in the app if that is the case). Drinks holder is all dirty, see picture. Never come here again. And food court atmosphere is all dark with low hanging blinding lights.
