Everything is COLD MID WARM …@ 8:10pm Or so ?!!! No wonder there no line at this location

The employee greeted me and ensured my order was correct. He had a nice conversation. Of course the food is always wonderful.

I regularly come here in the mornings and this is the only chic fil a that consistently has abnormally slow drive thru service. It’s not unusual to sit in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes with cars not moving from the pick up window. Management needs to force cars to move to a pick up spot of their food isn’t ready. Beyond aggravating. Oh, and since they’ve opened their store (with 2 drive thru lanes, I’ve never seen both open).

Apparently, it's a gift to eat at Chickfilet. How do I know this? When I asked for crispy french fries the answer was we don't do that here. The chicken was consistently good, the fries soggy mixed with partially cooked and some well done. You put in a complaint about it, as I did..... and nothing .. no reply. They don't care. This is why I go to Cane's across the street or to go get rotisserie at Juan Pollo in Santa Ana. CF....you pissed off the gays.... still do....and no Sundays..... fine.... but eventually your mistakes come to roost. How's your business at that store? Not as good as you'd like it..... we'll... maybe you have some improvements to make? I'll try you back when I have a gift card from someone and I'm desperate for a change:)
