The app gave error when I placed my order, then I retried and ended up getting charged twice. At the time the staff member insisted that I wouldn't be charde twice, just wait for the trasaction stauts to change from pending and see. 3 days later both charge trasactiona changed to confirmed state and I came over hopefully to get refund. Only got to know that only manager can help, whom you have to come over early in the morning to speak with.

I would give it 50 stars if I could. The fries made my tongue feel like it was blessed by God’s most amazing taste he has ever conceived. The spicy deluxe absolutely flabbergasted me and made me get up and start griddying from how unparalleled it’s taste was!

I ordered a box of chick fil a minis, and the very first one I bit into tasted horrible. I had to spit it back into the box and looked at the other half. It was black in the middle instead of the normal white. I ended up feeling nauseous all morning. Unfortunately, I was already 20 min away by the time I tried my first bite while in the car. I called the restaurant, and left a voicemail since there was no answer. Nobody has called me back and it's been almost a week. I understand things can happen with unexpected bad food, but for them to not call me back to make things right is unacceptable.
