Shorted me on sauce, just like always. Not sure why they never give the amount selected, seems like a chick-fil-a thing.

Drive-thru super slow. Almost took 15m to get my food.

Worst experience at this location. I wish I would’ve paid attention to there names but I was so mad I didn’t know what to think. I had a pick up order today around 230 and my experience wasn’t the best. I have a weird spelling for my name and I’ve never been upset over it but when you laugh at it with your other coworker while I’m around then that’s another story. I work at a restaurant as well and I dont understand why they couldn’t have waited till I left to laugh about the spellingof my name, Instead I had to leave embarrassed since everyone probably heard the comments yall made about my name never coming back.

The worst Chick-fil-A in the San Diego area. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich meal and the lettuce was wilted, the bun was barely warm, the chicken was flavorless, and the fries were all soft and soggy. Terrible quality for $12.23. Jack-in-the-Box “tacos” have more flavor and crispiness. The employees assisting customers in the drive-through outside were only given small pop-up covers to protect them against the pouring rain, but this left their pants soaked and the inside of my car door soaked when I had to roll down my window to order. Management should’ve set up an umbrella to better protect staff and customers from the rain.
