Ordered delivery on Monday 4/22. After waiting almost an hour, I track the order, it was cancelled! Delivery was no longer available. I place a different order for pick up, I get an error message when I try to track it. I called them, was told they were having issues with online orders but I should be getting a refund. It’s been 3 days, no refund! Worse CFA ever!
I'm glad they give me a free drink refill every time. The employees are nice people.
GM. Everything was fine except my top biscuit of the biscuit sandwich it was hard as a brick. Do you all butter the biscuit tops at all? Since Ms. Allen
Chick fil a is a great brand, however this location is a disorganized mess. It seems like clueless people are running the show and have no idea whatsoever on how to efficiently hand out orders. The system keeps changing for the worse. So let me give them a clue. Make one line for store orders and a separate line for delivery drivers who are standing all over. Yes it is a limited space but the fact that no system is in place is ridiculous. Avoid this location until they get smarter.

I usually order from this location through the app. It takes 3 times longer than if I just order through UberEats. Im not sure how they expect people to continue to use their app and delivery when it takes an hour and a half. They also ALWAYS forget my sauces.
Compared to other CFA establishments this one is sub par. Waited a while for my food, though i placed the order through their app. The chicken was not tender in the slightest. You should be able to eat the chicken and not have to deal with your jaw getting tired. The CFA sauce was bad, as though expired. The fries were soggy and cold. Ordered a cookie too, but they never placed it in the bag. This CFA has a lot wrong with the way it's being managed. Did I really waste my entire lunch break to get horribly cooked food which wasn't even everything of which I ordered? If you guys suck at cooking here then atleast get the order correct.
