Chick-fil-A

For a Chick-fil-A, service was lacking big time. The minis were way over cooked, one was inedible as it was literally rock hard.

The first time was great! The crew was fast and friendly. Today i came back but this time the crew don't even pay attention, the lady taking the order was talking to a coworker and just rude, she missed one of the order and didn’t provide receipt. Took too long to give my order. When i got it, it was stale and barely warm and missing a sandwich, so when i came back to ask they didn’t even apologize and just flatly say i didn't order what i ordered. Disappointing.

Imagine all the great things you love about Chick-Fil-A, and now bring them down a few notches. That’s this place. Better than anything else in the plaza, but just slightly worse than your hometown Chick-Fil-A.

Do not go here. They disgrace the Chick-fil-A name. Everytime I come here they don't care what you say or order. They always get the order wrong or missing. Also, as I waited for my food, many others complained about the same thing. I repeated my instructions multiple times clearly and they still got it wrong.

Another good restaurant with lousy slow employees. Very slow. Don't bother unless you have an hour to wait.

Extremely slow employees! Waited an hour for our food. Employees had no idea what the hold up was and instead of helping they were having small talk on the side.

To bad this Chick - fil- A has such a wait. Can’t redeem your points, or scan for points. BUT we love our breakfast sandwiches, the food court is spacious, clean, very comfortable. People are waiting for their food. FYI, the only restaurant to have a line, out of many choices Kid-friendliness: This food court has a huge fish tank, nice and clean, the space is very open
