To the employee who drew a smiley face on the container of my cobb salad, I hope your pillow is always cold on both sides. I hope that your food is always the right temperature.
Since the South Chase location has been closed for renovations, I’ve been forced to use this location for breakfast. I place my order on the app prior to arriving to give the kitchen a five minute head start. When I get to the window I’m asked to pull around a park because my regular menu item with no special request is not ready and they will bring out the order. I pull around wait 5 minutes with no food. I go inside to wait more time. I complain every time and told it’s the kitchen is behind. The service at this location is terrible.
The six of us stopped here on our way home from a wonderful cruise. But this was the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Our order was taken six times and we were told to pull up and wait for our food and it was still wrong when they brought it to the car. The biscuits still looked a little raw and were falling apart. We ended up getting a refund for two of the biscuits. This is not the kind of service I've come to expect from chick-fil-a.
