1/31/2017 Brand new location. The food and service were good, but when the cashier separated the cup lids, he pressed each of them up against his shirt before putting them on the cups. Gross. If you want a vanilla cone, you're golden, but if you want chocolate (the best flavor), you'll need to go somewhere else. 4/2/2022 We've been going here for years now, and the staff has consistently been very good to us. They know our names, and we know theirs. Tonight, I stopped by at 9:20 PM, not realizing that the lobby closed at 9 PM. As I approached the door, another couple was leaving and let me in. As I entered the store, Lamarr (hope I spelled your name right) approached me to let me know that the lobby was closed. When he recognized me, he invited me to stay. I would have understood having to leave and hesitated to stay, but he made it clear that I was welcome. THANK YOU! As is my practice, after I've been going somewhere over an extended period of time, I leave a follow-up review and change my rating. This follow-up is long overdue, and I appreciate them making me feel special. Plus, 2 stars 5/9/2022 We walk in the staff, greats us by name, and get our orders to us in a timely fashion. A couple of weeks ago, while we were eating, we struck up a conversation with Susan. They were busy fulfilling a last-minute catering order for about 50 people. There was a Chick-fil-A pretty close to the group that ordered the food, but they wanted a days notice. I don't find that unusual because I can see why you'd want advance notice on that large of an order. But this Chick-fil-A went over and above to get food out to this group. I call that outstanding. 7/9/2022 Good night, good food, and mighty fine staff. 9/3/2022 The drive-through has completed its upgrade, and it looks nice. I'm sure the staff that stand outside will appreciate the cover. 10/6/2022 Got the 12 piece nuggets meal. The service was fast and friendly. 4/21/2023 Tonight, I had a free sandwich for filling out a survey. Yeah!
