The food at this establishment was a disaster. Not only was it old and stale, but it tasted like it had been sitting out for days. After consuming it, my girlfriend and I both ended up feeling extremely ill and had to spend the night battling food poisoning. Avoid at all costs!

The food is delicious, cannot deny it. I have 2 serious concerns: When the franchise first opened, you could get unlimited sauces, but I understand the caps quickly implemented to control waste and extremity. It was then brought down, ultimately to 4-5 sauces per meal or per person, the rules changed back and forth each time I came, even if I ordered two meals for myself and another person, the cap remained the same. This was the same in person or ordering online. Actually, when I upsized the fries to a large as I always do, I got capped at 5 sauces when I ordered takeout and always successfully received it, until today... I am still able to selected 5 sauces capped online, but in person, the girl gave me only 2. This is due to store policy now. This is unfair because the store is really coming down on stinginess, as well as it allowed me to add 5 online for this particular store. It should read each other and reflect it, not provide false promises. This is the stingiest franchise compared to others now. The sandwiches come without sauce so it's dry, so I use 1 sauce, and the second sauce won't suffice for a large fries. The success for this brand stems largely from their sauces, especially the signature Chick-fil-a sauce. As well, the girl at the takeout register around lunch time did not pack me any straws or napkins. I found this out back at work. This is a small issue compared to real issues but annoying if you takeout with kids, or are on the run and eat in your car. I am expressing myself as a customer. I do enjoy the food, the banter from the staff, and I even bought a bottle of the sauce today as I do occasionally, but I would appreciate an increase to the sauce cap and keep it steady every time I order, as well as not forgetting the utensils. The franchises are individually owned and operated, I did call in today to seek more info. I hope they change their ways.

I got really sick after eating at this location. I got severe stomach issues the same night I ate there. Possibly due to improper food handling or maybe the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. Will definitely not eat at this location again. I have been to the shops on don mills location multiple times and never got sick afterwards.

Zack was visiting to train 3 new employees and we happened upon him as we ordered our lunch. It was a very special lunch date and after much indecision my friend and I both decided we would try Chick Fil A for the first time. This young man told us the origin story of your sandwich and made our visit truly memorable, in fact magical and unforgettable. He is a credit to your organization. I’m sure you already know that but we really were blown away.

Fast and efficient at taking orders, got my order just as fast too. Very friendly like most other locations.

Got the usual great service and even greater food. Only downside was it was in the mall food court and it was a super slow ordering experience e as we had to line up around the corner and wait.
