Always the fastest service with the most diligent and positive workers. I can always count on them to double check their work and never mess up an order.
So I love most chick fil a locations. Food is always good and everyone is always nice. I never leave a Google review for a place like this as most people already know what they feel about chick fil a. In this situation, I have to share. I told Rebekah when I pulled up, my day wasn’t going well. She immediately gave me recommendations on shakes and with a chocolate twist to make it better. She was so warm with me and handled everything perfectly. She even found a coupon to help with my day. Crazy enough; my car stopped working in the drive thru. (Because that’s how crazy days work) so many employees came out to help me to get my car in a safe spot. I believe the manage’s name was Peter. He took control and made sure everyone was safe and helped me. They brought me my food even if I didn’t make it to the window. They brought me water as it was a hot day. An uncomfortable situation they made it in a genuinely nice moment. Good people exist and they work at this chick fil a location. Thank you guys so much.
Part of fulfilling accurate orders are making sure condiments are also present when placed via mobile order or in-person. The drive thru line was chaotic this morning. Two lanes that ended up being one lane. No warning or directions from employees on what car is next.
Lauren would not fulfill my DoorDash order, until I repeatedly asked and told her I’d report them to DoorDash. She said, “Don’t come back.” That’s different from the usual “my pleasure”.
