Great experience. Food was quick. Delicious. Staff was friendly.
This location is always slow and not what I’m used to in terms of CFA friendliness and service. They don’t move with any sense of urgency or speed when their order screens are completely full and flashing red. I recommend ordering on the app at least 10 minutes in advance during lunch and going ahead marking that you’re at the pickup location. You’ll still wait 5+ minutes for your order. Parking: This location is inside an office building. There is little to no street parking around the building. There are a few metered spots but often blocked for special events. The nearby lots are employee parking lots.
Ordered from the website…..the store had no clue about it. Please remove that option from your website it is does nothing but take money
Service is subpar for a Chick-fil-a. It took them 3 tries to give me all the items for my order. The employee kept rolling her eyes at me when asking if I was waiting on something else. And whatever organization is setup with a table outside your restaurant is harassing customers for money. Presumably they have permission to be there, but I recommend you rethink that before they chase everyone away. I told them no on my way in and they continued to ask me on my way back out. I used coupons to afford my meal, I don’t have extra money to donate. I don’t appreciate their attempt to harass and guilt-trip me into giving money I don’t have. They need to respect the word “no.” All this is enough to cause me to not return to this location for the foreseeable future.
