I’m a graduate student and a TA (very busy). Today , I’ve ordered a chicken salad , order#579, I’ve waited 32 min! and I had to shift a meeting, until I finally got an old salad, lettuce and tomato are not Fresh and really old!! Attached pic of what I’ve tried to remove and not eat. I’m really disappointed because I liked chick fil A when it’s clean and fresh!
This location needs better leadership and organization. Every time I come, I see what appears to be a very efficient operation. Still, My order was messed up three visits in a row, and the ease with which the problems could be fixed was inconsistent. The food is at a fair price and is good compared to nearby offerings, which is why I keep coming back despite the usually long wait. I suspect that if they staffed this location better at strategic times, they can reduce the wait times and increase customer satisfaction and retention. Understaffing might have also contributed to the mistakes with my orders mentioned above, as the workers were likely trying to work faster than their capabilities in order to compensate for a lack of support. In sum, I'm optimistic that a few changes on leadership's end can really make going to this Chick-Fil-A a not so quasi-dreadful and inconsistent experience.
Their food is good but the wait is super long
So slow. Average wait time is 45+ minutes even with signing in and ordering ahead. The service quality has become progressively worse over time.
