The staff at this location go above and beyond. Good to see young people working are and caring about what they do.

Went through the drive thru and was sorely displeased by the service. See the receipt I attached. We ordered a chick fil a deluxe with American cheese and they gave me a grilled chicken club sandwhich instead. You can see the bacon in the club…and we ordered a chick fil A deluxe without cheese and got a plain chick fil A sandwhich. This was all through the drive thru, otherwise I would’ve noticed. Very disappointed chick fil A. Not the meal we wanted.

I cannot believe that someone in good conscience would allow this to go out the door. I went to the drive thru and felt rush as I was placing my order, yes, rushed. The my pleasures don’t except you from being pushy. I got my order timely and always check the bag for accuracy, however I didn’t check the dang bun. So now I gotta check the buns now to make sure you don’t char them??? This is absurd! Count me out! I can’t see myself going back at this point, especially since my family doesn’t eat out much. When we do, we want to enjoy our meal and not have to compromise for bad service.

♦️As this company continues to over-expand because of 'in-demand' it over-charges on pricing with a poor plan. The internet/online complicates things with 'apps' and 'currency' that don't simplify anything and make a business actually more difficult to operate...and a person...not a person... just a faceless number. Chick-fil-A continues to 'chicken-out' on their morals and ethics...and the quality and service...-naturally-...goes down.

Very friendly staff. The food is always delicious but they did forget my daughter and to replace the toy with ice cream. Not a deal breaker, just being transparent.

Do yourself a favor, and just sit in the drive-through at this location. Curbside is awful, the parking lot is a hot mess, and if you have a big vehicle, you’re not gonna be able to find a parking spot. Every time I order curbside here I have to go inside to get my food. It doesn’t matter that the app tells you just pick a spot and turn your hazards on. If your spot doesn’t have a number, they will not bring your food to you.
