Even on their busiest days, service is quick and always delivered with a smile. My orders are consistently accurate and I leave there feeling a little happier each visit.

Update 9/7/23 Unfortunately this location is really fallen off:(( what team is not near as efficient and not as customer-friendly as they used to be. Sad:(( 9/20 I had to drop it all the way to a one-star because waiting for your food here has gotten Beyond ridiculous. The staff is extremely disorganized and have a very difficult time figuring out what to do next:((( The manager or district manager really needs to fix the situation here. 12/16 Believe it or not it only gets worse here! It is amazing how many employees are always standing around talking and not helping the customers! 1/3 It is actually gotten worse at this location 20 minutes waiting on an order

My fries were warm and tasted like the oil that they were fried then in needed to be changed. This was my first time at this location and will be my last. The customer was not what I'm use to either.

The absolute worst Chick-fil-a location out of all the ones in East Cobb. I had to stop ordering the chicken because it is never cooked enough and I always end up throwing it away. All of the other locations seem to cook their chicken longer and it is crispier. I have bitten in to way too many weird bites of chicken from this location and they will no longer fulfill the request for extra well done chicken or fries. I hate that this is the closest location to me because my kids love CFA and we go there at least once a week but I have been driving all the way to the Lassiter location because this one is just awful. So inconsistent and their employees are not as friendly either as other locations either. Feels like it is run by teenagers.
