My only complaint is the parking lot is dangerous for pedestrians. Going in and out you cross either drive thru entry point or drive thru exit.

Another great Chick-fil-A. No matter which one I visit they are all good and this one is no exception. Best tasting chicken sandwiches, fast service and super nice people working there.

Excelente lugar, la comida muy buena, solo que muy ruidoso. Por el resto lo recomiendo Parking: Es muy concurrido el estacionamiento, se dificulta encontrar las salidas

Disappointing Experience at Chick-fil-A Dixie Highway My recent experience at Chick-fil-A on Dixie Highway left me upset and questioning whether Chick-fil-A is abandoning its commitment to customer service. I ordered a Cobb salad and a mocha cream cold brew through the drive-through, intending to use my hard-earned points for an iced coffee. However, ultimately I end up paying for my mocha cream cold brew despite my earned points. They explained that it wasn’t considered a mainstream item, and I had to pay for it, despite it being essentially iced coffee. This left me feeling upset and questioning the changes in Chick-fil-A’s customer service. This blatant disregard for customer loyalty and earned rewards is appalling. It’s disheartening to see Chick-fil-A potentially moving towards the norms of other fast-food restaurants. Chick-fil-A's customer service has taken a nosedive, aligning itself with mediocre fast-food joints. The unique charm and exceptional service that once defined Chick-fil-A are fading fast. This incident has left me reconsidering whether Chick-fil-A is worth my time and money in the future. Wake up, Chick-fil-A – you're losing the very qualities that made you stand out.
