Consistently the slowest chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Every time.

Great service as always

Got horrible food poisoning here. The play place was great for my friend’s kiddo (which is why we went) and the staff was nice, so that’s why I’m going with two stars instead of one. Was visiting in from out-of-state and unfortunately it very much impacted the limited time I’d taken off from work to visit family and dear friends. When I called later, staff was apologetic but told me I’d need to visit in person to get a refund. I suppose that’s understandable, but since I live out-of-state this isn’t a solution. Won’t be going back, either way.

Solid experience! The drive thru line was long but moved quickly. The people outside taking your order ahead of time were super friendly. My grilled chicken sandwich was delicious as usual!

I ordered food but forgot the sauce, so I stood there on the side for a good 5 minutes before anyone asked if I needed anything. I thought their job was to provide customer service, and this was anything but. If I was working there, I would've noticed someone standing on the side and asked if they needed help. I thought this was a Christian establishment but nah
