Honestly, at Chick-fil-A, you really shouldn't have to stress about your order being wrong. However, it's turned into a 50/50 situation these days, so it's probably wise to glance over your bag before you take off. Surprisingly, this Chick-fil-A might be the least accurate in the area.
I love chick fil a however the Lebanon Tennessee location is the worst one I’ve been to. I’ve been a few times and never really had the best experience but it close to work so I would go back from time to time. The last time was the final straw for me. I went through the drive thru during breakfast and ordered the chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit meal. When I pulled around, the server repeated the order as chicken egg and cheese muffin. I kindly told them no I ordered the biscuit. To which they said just open the wrapper to see if it was a biscuit which it wasn’t. So then I said can I get the biscuit which he said ok. So he took the muffin back and I was prompted by another employee that I had to pull up and wait at the front end of the restaurant which I waited for about 15 additional minutes. By the time the server came back out my lunch break was about over and I had to rush back to clock in. So he just hand me the bag and says here you go. No sincerity no apologies nothing. Well as I’m on my way back at the stop light I reach in the bag to find that they literally just threw the same exact sand which back into a new bag. I was obviously pissed off but I had no time to turn around to complain which is why I’m instead having to write a bad review. I will return to chick fil a just not this location as their service is pretty bad and they don’t make the best food either and wait times are pretty long as well.
Chicken was so good and juicy just like I liked it.
First time visiting this particular CFA as always super polite,fast and fresh food even though they were pretty busy.
Other fast food vendors should pay attention to the higher standard set by this business!
