Chick-fil-A

I called because there was a little rock indise my fries, and my order was wrong, and the "director" of the store told me that I put the order wrong and was nothing he can do, also disregard that there was a stone in my food. I did not put the order wrong, I have done for years and I have never ever had such a terrible customer service in my experience in chick-fil-a. After he got me mad for telling me that that I didnt do what I know how to do, he was being condescending, chuckling, and mocking me pretty much on the phone, and telling me I need to calm down, when he's telling me ridiculous things that doesnt even make sense, it was below mediocre. I cannot believe that one of the best "customer service fast food franchises" has somebody like this. Belmar store customer service right now, its below anything logical, I thought I was talking to a Mcdonalds x'D. What a loser naming himself "director" and having such an attitude.

Have gotten take out from here around 30 times. Last night we got what must have been an old piece of chicken in our chicken sandwich. I only ate one bite and was sick the rest of the evening. The store would not provide a refund.

Their food is always good

High end service as expected from this little Christian restaurant. Even though I am clearly not a believer they like true Christians always serve me with the same great hospitality you would expect from this establishment. Great job guys.

Ordered food through grubhub. Couldn't contact chick-fil-a customer service because I placed the order through grubhub... I lost money I food thats unsafe to eat......

Big shout to Chris and the entire Chick-fil-A crew for being so accommodating during my daughter's 4th Birthday. The kids had a Blast in the indoor playground. And, of course, the food was terrific! Thank you all again for making her Birthday special

Incompetent management. I've spent half as much time in line at Chick-fil-A's with twice as many people waiting. 20 minutes is ridiculous. And your split drive through must have been designed by an idiot toddler. Remove the physical barriers so that one side doesn't get overloaded. I paid for my food and watched as they let 6 cars in front of me that had just arrived. Then my food sat there for 10 minutes getting cold while they told all the people they let cut in front of me to go park and wait because there food wasn't ready. We learned how to line up when we were in kindergarten and you guys still can't figure it out as grown adults? You should be embarrassed for failing so badly at such a simple task.

This is my most frequently visited fast food place, and for good reason. The food is great (goes without saying) but I am amazed every time how quickly CF Belmar can move cars through the drive through. Thank you for getting me in & out all the time. Thanks!
