So disappointed in the employees unwillingness to help us out at this location. No curbside pick-up option available, only drive-thru or pick-up inside because they "don't want their employees to risk falling in the icy parking lot" per a phone conversation. So, the logic is that it's ok for dine-in or inside pickup customers to drive & walk through an "icy" parking lot, but not your employees? How did they get into the building this morning? Why is a business allowing their parking lot to remain in this condition? I went on to ask if my husband, down to one arm after surgery, could at least get some help carrying his order back outside & was told he should just get in the drive-thru. He'd rather risk falling as wait half his life in a Chick-fil-a drive-thru. And frankly, even for drive-thru customers, parking lots in this condition are unacceptable. This company makes more than enough money to salt & plow until the cows come home. (Chick-fil-a cow pun intended. )
