Solid Chick-fil-A experience
Placed breakfast order on mobile app around 10:10-10:15.. order placed.. on way to get it. But because I didn’t say I was there right after placing order, they cancelled order. IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO USE APP… PUT THAT IN THERE SO YOU DONT SCREW THEM OVER. The whole point of “mobile order”.. is to place ahead probably because “THEY ARE NOT THERE”… smh
Always super busy but always delicious and fast.
They dont care about you if your door-dashing or pickup.Watching everyone go through the drive through getting their food as they should along with the dine in orders but i get to wait with no service.Literally waited 20 min for one meal and all i got told was it will be a minute everytime I asked about it . Off duty employee came in and got free food before me
