Chick-fil-A

Every time I get any type of salad from this particular chick-fil-a location, half of the lettuce is rotten and some of the apples are rotten., which wastes about 20 to 30 minutes of my time picking out all the rotten lettuce! If you want tomatoes added to your salad they charge you .80¢ cents for 4 very small little grape tomatoes! Which is a total rip off! A salad should come with tomatoes on it! I'm going to stop going to this location because they obviously don't care about the quality of the products that they serve to their customers. Terrible!!!!

Over rated definitely not the best chicken. Kinda dry service was ok. Way way overpriced. No thanks. Zaxby's has better chicken in opinion

I ordered the Salad...it was very well prepared and quite delicious .

This was my first visit and I ordered a kids meal and the waffle fries were waffle “crumbs.” The young lady working the dining room, stopped by to see if everything was OK and I said no, look at these fries and she’s like would you like me to get you another order and I said yes. I waited about 10 minutes and she came back with nothing, and stated that they put her on trash detail. At that point she should’ve said I’m trying to take care of a customer. I did speak with an assistant manager upon leaving, and she said that the kitchen does that because they don’t want any waste, and I replied, maybe you didn’t, but I ended up putting them in the trash and it was a waste to me. She offered to give me another order and I declined. After all I already ate my tenders. I just told her simply I wouldn’t be back. If I could post a picture of my crumbs, I would . This is NOT Chick Fil A’s standards. I would have needed a toothpick to consume them and they were definitely not something I could dip.

I am disappointed with Chick-fil-A since moving to Florida. They seem to have lost the way they deliver food to customers. The last two restaurants I visited I was I was disappointed with the service and the food. I will not be going back again.
