Classic Chick-fil-A

Every Chick-fil-A (and NO other fast food place) I've ever seen that has a drive-through line wrapping around the restaurant at the busiest times daily. And oddly enough, the customers don't mind the wait. It's expected and worth it. They've redefined "Fast Food" and should call themselves "Food worth waiting for"!!

There was HAIR in my daughter's fries.

Chick fil A has a great reputation and most of it is well-deserved. But this location falls short every time and honestly it's the worst location in Jax. It doesn't matter if the drive thru line is short or long- the wait time is always excessive. They also serve food that isn't fresh and that's just been sitting under the heat lamp forever. I started going out my way to the location on the other end of Southside Blvd to avoid the hassle and cold food.

Worst customer service. I thought Chick-Fil-A had standards but when you hear one of their outside workers scream at a car “Jes$& Fu%*€ing Chr%^t” because they were unsure of which lane to go in, that lacks value with the brand and she should be reprimanded. Also over heard two gentleman outdoor employees discussing a woman being attractive and the fact that she’s married doesn’t matter. All of this was the same visit within 10 seconds of each other. Sad.

Food was good; service was prompt; staff was friendly. The usual for Chick-fil-A

This has always been a once or twice a week spot. Had to cut down to once in a while stop now. Food is quick and tasty, just for my health reasons I had to make a change, sorry Chick-filA. The salt they could cut back on for the fried stuff, just a thought.
