Asked for extra pickles and didn’t receive it on my sandwich because it was not on the ticket at all which means she wasn’t even listening to me. I wanted to make my order a meal with an extra fry and that was not on there either…very dissatisfied with my order. Chicfila seems to be going downhill. Also didn’t receive a fork for my Mac and cheese so ig I’m suppose to drink it or eat like a cave man .

I was just turned away with an employee standing I front of the wide open double doors. Saying,"We're closed". Confused on the hrs of operation.
