I am so upset got fries to go asked for ketchup specially made it to office only to find no ketchup. I would put 1 star but at least the person taking order was courteous and the line was moving fast.

Chick-fil-A had a huge promo about free sandwich on April 17th in Instagram. Just come and take 1 free sandwich per person. None of employees aware of it so they are lying in their social media or they don’t inform their employees about exciting promo. Disappointed!

Ain’t no way i had to come home and finish cooking my fries?? The fries were cold and soggy.. the chicken strips are nuggets, definitely not a strip of chicken.. horrible service

Amazing service, everyone was extremely kind and the food was very fresh. (Also quick tip: if you get a meal, a large fry upgrade is only 44 cents!)

Not your typical experience at chic fi la. Slow not friendly and my food was awful and cold. Was not worth my time or money. I threw it away after w bites
