Chick-fil-A

This used to be the best Chick-fil-A in the world but since they reopened after their remodeling they can't seem to get anything right, including a way for you to drive up and place your order. They have an obstacle course in the parking lot with more traffic cones than the DMV or a highway work crew. They have a crew outside directing traffic who look like they're doing the robot in a 1983 breakdancing video. They put placards on your windshield with impressive numbers and quote your order back numerous times. Still, they cannot manage to get your order right and find some way to get it wrong. It's almost like they're doing it on purpose. We are done with them and we may or may not try another one in the area but right now I'm just not loving it. They don't seem to know the difference between a parfait with granola or without granola and they can't seem to tell the difference between a spicy or regular chicken sandwich. We are done here.

I’ll start off by saying service is A 1 which I’m sure everyone would agree! I ordered a grilled chicken club this afternoon and my sandwich was not warm at all. My bread was hard I had to pick around it. Seems as if the grilled chicken isn’t prepared as well as the fried. I’m just hoping for a better meal next that’s all. Being that the meals are a bit pricey. So I feel as thought I deserve a meal. Thanks

It was very busy and food still came out quick, service was great had large group and was very accommodating. Food was great as usual.

Whether you're stopping by for a quick meal or catering for a larger event, you can trust that you'll receive top-notch service and delicious food every single time. This location truly embodies the Chick-fil-A motto of "to serve with love," and it's a shining example of excellence in the fast-food industry.

Didn’t get my order correct in drive thru then it took forever to get my correct order inside.

Love the new layout but I got shorted on some minis so that was lame
